We will provide you with a Pre-Listing package a few days before we meet so you can see not only what is going on in your neighbourhood, but also an overview of the MLS® system, our 99 step marketing system and more. During our first meeting, we will talk about what could be done to improve the showability of your home. This could include advice on minor repairs, needed paint touch-up, yard cleanup and more. We are there to answer any questions you have about your upcoming home sale.

The MLS system is usually the first stop for most buyers and we use the most effective tools to get people to want to see your home. We use only the best professional photographers, drone video (where allowed), virtual tours, digital floor plans, 4-page oversize colour brochures, professionally written descriptions and more. Over 90% of home buyers begin their home search online so your putting your home on display online is critical. We advertise your home to different segments of the market on different sites (including Google Ads). Our job is to expose your home to as many home buyers as possible.
As your Realtor® my first and foremost job is to get offers on your property. Negotiating an offer requires the knowledge of an experienced Realtor® to get you the best price and an accepted offer. We look after all the details, including staying in touch with the buyers agent, overseeing the inspection process and the removal of all subjects (a firm offer), tracking the buyer’s deposit, and making sure that all of the documents are sent to your lawyer or notary to ensure a smooth transaction that's always moving towards completion and possession. We make sure to stay in complete communication with you so you are informed every step of the way.
